Please put the bug closure on the first line "Merge from Debian unstable
(LP: #...)".

That second point isn't in the diff over Debian, please remove it from
the changelog.

My advice is: as the last thing before attaching the debdiff, read it
carefully and make sure that your changelog entry exactly describes the
changes you're making
