Ahh, and this is clearly a packaging bug.  libzypp *has* a declared
SONAME, but the packages don't.  Brilliant.

Anyhow, I'd be fine with someone sponsoring the rebuild for zesty, but
we need to push a fix to Debian (and back to Ubuntu) to properly version
the library too.
