[Bug 1664288] Re: Update gdk-pixbuf to 2.36.5

This FTBFS on amd64, and in doing so renders build depends of other
packages which are dependant on the libgdk-pixbuf2.0-common being
installable broken.

e.g. scim-dev build dep of plasma-desktop and kdeplasma-addons is now
not installable, and following the dep chain yields in the end....

apt-get install scim-dev libscim-dev libscim8v5 libgtk2.0-dev libgtk2.0-0 libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 libgdk-pixbuf2.0-common
