[Bug 1662011] [NEW] [needs-packaging] kirigami2

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Rik Mills (rikmills):

kirigami2 package is required in zesty as a build and runtime dependency
of the plasma-discover software centre v5.9, which is an integral part
of the plasma 5.9 desktop release.

While kirigami v1 already exists in ubuntu, kirigami2 must be a separate
source package as applications need to be ported to this new version,
and separate packaging is required [3].

Once in the ubuntu archive, kirigami2 will need adding to the kubuntu
packageset
