Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Stefano Rivera pushed his changes in Ubuntu to Debian, and of course I
fixed the net-ssh incompatibility.  There is no Delta.

    "systemd-cgroups-agent chef-client.service" after stopping.
