[Bug 1711162] [NEW] pylint-common test/test_func.py uses code no longer in latest pylint

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Ubuntu Foundations Team Bug Bot (crichton):

The pylint package has been updated to 1.7.2 in artful-proposed, and
that includes updates to its test/test_func.py code. However, pylint-
common has copied some of the code from pylint/test/test_func.py which
uses pylint internals, and those are removed/replaced from pylint 1.7.2.
This results in pylint-common autopkgtests failing when using the
artful-proposed pylint code. The test/test_func.py must be updated for
the new pylint test code.
