[Bug 1685873] [NEW] please merge debootstrap from Debian

Hello, I think I did correctly this debootstrap merge, but I want to be
sure lp: #1485511 is fixed in Debian too, my sync of scripts/sid and
scripts/gutsy is ok and so on.

can anybody please test it?
I did create successfully some artful machines, but I don't know how to extensively test it
