Bug description:
Please sync dosfstools 4.1-1 (main) from Debian stretch (main)
https://github.com/dosfstools/dosfstools/releases/tag/v4.1
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* debian/patches/ld-as-needed.patch: Use LDADD instead of LDFLAGS for
library links to fix FTBFS with ld --as-needed. (LP: #1580431)
That patch was forwarded upstream and applied in the 4.1 release.
