  Force sync 4.6.0-1 from Debian Sid

Status in breathe package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  A new upstream release is available in Debian. We should force sync
  from Debian Sid.

  The Ubuntu delta was just backporting upstream commits that are
  available in this new release, so I don't see a reason why we should
  keep the delta.
