[Bug 1682757] [NEW] Error Package RedNoteBook does not exist

[Impact]

 * Error "Package does not exist" when installing the package
RedNoteBook in the software boutique.

 * rednotebook has been removed from the Zesty archive. It is no longer
installable.

[Test Case]

 * Using Ubuntu MATE Welcome 17.04.11 attempting to install RedNoteBook
will result in an error stating that the "Package does not exist".

 * After upgrading to Ubuntu MATE Welcome 17.04.12 RedNoteBook is no
longer listed in the Software Boutique and it's removal is also listed
in the Software Boutique news.

[Regression Potential]

 * Some Ubuntu MATE users may be disappointed that this application is
no longer available.
