Whether to remove both the source package and all binary packages:

A rationale for why they should be removed:
- mozart requires autoconf 2.13
- generated configure is incompatible with gcc6 - a test fails because g++ -E output is different compared to gcc5
- it is not being maintained any longer [1]

Confirmation that the binary packages have no rdepends (no other package depends on them):
- only mozart-stdlib depends on mozart
- nothing depends on mozart-stdlib
- mozart-stdlib has an open bug for removal, see bug #1623962
