  [steps to construct systemd-based avila]
  
  1. flash images built from xenial branch [1] (need manually checkout
  xenial branch in kernel-3.10/ before https://code.launchpad.net/~vicamo
  /avila-private/+git/platform_manifest/+merge/306441 is merged). This
  should gives a working xenial+upstart avila.
  
- 2. Install systemd-sysv rather than upstart-sysv
