This Standards-Version doesn't make sense - please see the version at
the bottom of https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/

Please improve the description. You need to add a long description which
explains what the package does and why somebody might want to install
it. The short description should be something like "setup wizard for
Ubuntu Kylin".

  login, and show user some basic information about launcher, dash,
  indicator, control center and so on.
