Bug description:
  Hi,

    I am the maintainer of the budgie-wallpapers package in yakkety.

  We have just completed our community contest for the wallpapers for
  the 16.10 version of budgie.

  Please can this be included as an update to our 16.04 wallpapers
  package currently in yakkety?
