[Bug 1621972] [NEW] python-murano-dashboard does not contain all required files

Currently murano-dashboard package (1:2.0.0-1) in Xenial [1] does not contain templates.
Specifically folder: "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/muranodashboard/templates"

Fix was proposed by Thomas Goirand (zigo):

Also it is highly recommended sync code with the latest version in stable/mitaka branch:
