Bug description:
  As agreed at the recent ubuntu technical board - ubuntu budgie is to
  be an official community flavour.

  As part of this process, the team would like to submit ubuntu-budgie-
  meta - the meta package required to form the flavour's ISO together
  with the seed for the flavour

  Notes - we have given this a version of 0.0.1 so that the review
  process can begin.
