Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* debian/control: Add missing 'libunity-dev' build dependency, per
the Debian maintainer's insistence that it should build-dep on
this library in Ubuntu. (LP: #1542758)

Nitroshare 0.3.2 removes the build dependency on libunity in favor
of runtime detection (in 0.3.2-1)
