Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * debian/control: Add missing 'libunity-dev' build dependency, per
    the Debian maintainer's insistence that it should build-dep on
    this library in Ubuntu. (LP: #1542758)

Nitroshare 0.3.2 removes the build dependency on libunity in favor 
of runtime detection (in 0.3.2-1)

nitroshare (0.3.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Switch default transfer directory to "Downloads"
  * Enable translations
  * Add local HTTP API
  * Add Nautilus extension
  * Add ability to drop files over the transfer window
  * Add option to automatically start after login
  * Provide options for encrypting transfers with TLS
  * Remove build dependency on libunity in favor of runtime detection
