Bug description:
  Please merge webkit2gtk 2.12.3-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * No-change rebuild for libicu soname change.

  Explanation of the remaining Ubuntu delta:
      + Build with GeoClue 1, which is what we still use in Ubuntu.
  (See Bug 1389336 for discussion about what is needed to switch)
