Bug description:
  Please sync php-numbers-words 0.18.1-2 (universe) from Debian unstable
  (main)

  No FFe should be necessary, as the Debian changes are purely a bugfix to
  allow the package to satisfy its dependencies now that
  php-math-biginteger is not packaged.

  Changelog entries since current xenial version 0.18.1-1:

  php-numbers-words (0.18.1-2) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Team upload
    * Add override for php-math-biginteger
    * Rebuild with recent pkg-php-tools for the PHP 7.0 transition
