Calendar UI is shown in English although I have chosen Finnish as a
language.

.mo seems to be in place:

abc at Standard-PC-i440FX-PIIX-1996:/usr/share/locale-langpack/fi/LC_MESSAGES$ ls -al |grep calendar
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root   8385 maali 22 19:05 gnome-calendar.mo

and it belongs to package language-pack-gnome-fi-base

abc at Standard-PC-i440FX-PIIX-1996:/usr/share/locale-langpack/fi/LC_MESSAGES$ apt-file search gnome-calendar.mo |grep fi
language-pack-gnome-fi-base: /usr/share/locale-langpack/fi/LC_MESSAGES/gnome-calendar.mo

Tested and verified also when using German as a language, probably
affects other languages as well.
