The fixed g++/gcj-version have been mainly introduced to ensure that g++ and gcj have the same version,
otherwise run-time error occurs.
See https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=624776 for related discussion.

Currently, the g++ and gcj default versions are the same everywhere, so
this check can really be dropped.

Title:
pdftk should be built with default toolchain (g++/gcj-5)

Status in pdftk package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
In past debian maintainers hardcoded build to g+/gcj-4.9 in order to phase out g++/gcj-4.8.
Current version seems to be ok with Xenial's default toolchain therefor should be switched to using it.

  Attached patch performs the switch.
