I don't see any reason that we would delete them from the archive.  They
are currently uninstallable/unbuildable and therefore not migrating from
xenial-proposed to xenial; but they're in sync with Debian and AIUI this
may fix itself once we are syncing again from Debian post-16.04, with no
need for changes to these packages.  So I think these should probably
just be left as-is for now.
