This debdiff skips the AWS SDK tests as they are not complaint with v3
of the SDK and v2 of the SDK is not PHP7.0 compliant (due to dependence
on php-guzzle).

** Patch added: "php-monolog_1.17.2-1ubuntu2.1.17.2-1ubuntu3.debdiff"
