Please update the ubuntu-mate-meta package. I'm not sure if this
requires FFe, but I'm filing as such just to be sure. The big change is
replacing guvcview with cheese. Testing has shown many incompatibilities
with guvcview and cheese 3.18 is working far more reliably.

  * Replaces guvcview with cheese to resolve compatibility issues.
  * Added essential missing package libqt5libqgtk2.
