[Bug 1557983] [NEW] AppStream icon for convertall.desktop

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Amr Ibrahim (amribrahim1987):

convertall.desktop needs an AppStream compatible icon.

I emailed upstream and he told me that the source code already has an
SVG icon. Apparently, Debian didn't package it.
