@Josh Make sure you are using the only supported installation method,
which is using our `./install.py` script. (See the YCM docs for
details.)

Also, providing the traceback you're getting would go a long way towards
resolving the issue for you. :) Note that the best place to report YCM
bugs is the YCM issue tracker:
