[Bug 1557246] Re: Sync limba 0.5.6-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explaining why this should be synced: The release of Limba in Debian fixes the FTBFS Ubuntu is currently affected by.
Additionally the 0.5.6 release is a massive bugfix release for the venv-build module of Limba which would be very beneficial to have in an Ubuntu LTS release.

Limba has (AFAIK) no reverse dependencies in Ubuntu (Debian has a few),
so syncing this should be very safe. There have been no API or ABI
breaks in that release too.
