  Please sync python-lockfile 1:0.12.2-1 (main) from Debian testing
  (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Sync from Debian unstable. All changes have been fixed in Debian.
      (LP: #1399850)
    * debian/control: Build-Depends on python*-setuptools to fix FTBFS.
      (Closes: #789825)

  The delta is merged in debian

      * Add known email addresses for all parties.
      * Add editor hints.
