I see that this has been uploaded to Debian's new queue. If it is
accepted before Debian Import Freeze, it will automatically be synced to
Ubuntu.

I am unsubscribing ubuntu-sponsors for now.

Bug description:
  As part of applying for official status for "Ubuntu Budgie", the
  technical board has requested that the team add our packages to the
  Ubuntu repos (universe).

  "Ubuntu Budgie" will initially consist of eight 16.10 packages listed
  here in the PPA description

  moka-icon-theme is one of two icon-themes that form the visual
  component of Ubuntu Budgie.  We have submitted to debian mentors as
  well.
