phpwebcounter (1.0-4) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New Maintainer.
  * debian/control:
     - Bumped Standards-Version to 3.9.8.
     - Updated the Vcs-* to use https.
  * debian/copyright:
     - Dropped dot-zero from GPL license short name.
     - Updated an information about packaging.
  * debian/gbp.conf: not used by me, removed.
