  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Update to PHP7.0 dependencies (LP: #1562074).

    [ Fixed in 3.2.8-2 ]

    * debian/patches/Fix-ScriptTest-has-a-deprecated-constructor.patch:
      ScriptTester has a deprecated constructor.

    [ Fixed upstream in 3.2.9 ]
