  Fix Released

Bug description:
  There's a new version of openhpi sitting in -proposed that, due to an
  ABI change, ships libopenhpi3 to replace libopenhpi2. This package
  needs a no-change rebuild against it, since it currently depends on
  libopenhpi2.
