Bug description:
  Please sync postgis 2.2.2+dfsg-2 (universe) from Debian unstable
  (main).

  The Ubuntu delta can be dropped, the changes from postgis (2.2.2+dfsg-
  1ubuntu3) are obsolete. The tests are now disabled for Ubuntu and
  derivatives.

   postgis (2.2.2+dfsg-1ubuntu3) yakkety; urgency=medium

     * Disable tests everywhere, hanging on the buildds.
