Note that this is stuck in -proposed: http://people.canonical.com
/~ubuntu-archive/proposed-migration/update_excuses.html#python-pylxd

   python-pylxd/amd64 unsatisfiable Depends: python-ws4py

Indeed python-ws4py is in universe, and this rebuild introduced this as
a new dependency. Presumably there were some changes in dh-python? So
this needs a MIR to land, or the dependency reversed.
