  omniORB C++ server halts in some circumstances

Bug description:
  I reported this bug in the omniorb-list and it resulted in a bugfix
  http://www.omniorb-support.com/pipermail/omniorb-
  list/2016-January/031818.html but this bugfix is available only for
  4.2 branch. When I create the bugfix patch for 4.1.6 branch can I hope
  that it will be backported into older Ubuntu releases (precise,
  trusty)?
