  Please update ubuntu-mate-meta for 16.04 Alpha 2

Status in ubuntu-mate-meta package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  The ubuntu-mate.xenial seeds have been updated for 16.04 Alpha 2
  (again). We made a mistake in the last update that remove apport and
  whoopsie, which is now resolved.

  We've also fixed/improved the seeds:

    * Blacklist gnome-user-guide.
    * Add missing dependencies for brltty.
    * Added account plugins for Shotwell.
    * Added VLC Notify to the 'desktop' seed.
    * Remove LibreOffice Draw and LibreOffice Math.
    * Some other dependencies have been added to ensure essential components are present.

  Please update the ubuntu-mate-meta package in time for Alpha 2 testing
