[Merge] lp:~ubuntu-mate-dev/compiz/fix-1067951 into lp:compiz

@smspillaz I tested Ubuntu 16.04 daily and the issue reported against Ubuntu 12.04 is indeed resolved without this patch. So, I will drop this merge proposal and do as you suggest and re-submit a modified mate.ini. Thanks for the feedback.
