Please sync trafficserver 6.0-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Would be great to have ATS 6.0 included in Xenial. Since the Wily sync
of trafficserver 5.3 from Debian, the last remaining patches can be
dropped as they are merged upstream.

Follows up from
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/trafficserver/+bug/1476470
which synced ATS 5.3 in time for Wily.
