Bug description:
  Pencil is pretty much dead and was since 2009. On Ubuntu 14.04 there
  are a lot of stuff that doesn't work.

  There is a fork of Pencil that is constant development named "Pencil2D" here http://www.pencil2d.org/pencil2d/
  and the git repository is here https://github.com/pencil2d/pencil

  can this package be updated to Pencil2D?
