  Please sync php-defaults 32 from Debian unstable

Status in php-defaults package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  As we update PHP7.0 (to 7.0.3-9 in coordination with Debian), some new
  binary packages have been created, e.g., php7.0-xml. The current level
  of php-defaults, though, does not know about the "generic" php-xml,
  and we need to keep src:php-defaults up to date with Debian.

  I do not currently consider this a FFe, as we are broken wrt. the
  availability of some expected packages (with php-* names), but can
  provide FFe justification if need be.
