Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No-change rebuild for readline soname change.
  * No-change rebuild for readline soname change.
  * debian/patches/ld-as-needed.patch: Rearrange linking order to fix FTBFS
    with ld --as-needed.
  * No-change rebuild for gnutls transition.
  * No-change rebuild for gnutls transition.

The upstream build rules have been fixed to rearrange the link dependency
order so the Ubuntu patch should not be needed now.
