Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Fix FTBS in dkms with 4.8+ kernels (LP: #1625054).
  * Fix FTBS in dkms with 4.8+ kernels (LP: #1625054).

Based on the changelog (and the Debian bug report which presumably is
the forwarded patch, see http://bugs.debian.org/838547), these changes
are now included as part of the Debian package.
