The Debian package can include an icon for unity-greeter even though
unity-greeter isn't in the Debian repositories.

I think it makes sense for the budgie-remix to support unity-greeter
since I expect some people running Unity may want to give Budgie a try
by just installing the extra packages.

It would be easiest to use the same greeter icons for Debian and Ubuntu
and just wait for someone on Debian to complain if they don't like the
icon.
