Explanation of the Ubuntu delta:
  * Expand MAX_NAME_LEN to fix upstream bug #764791
  * Merge with Debian, remaining change-
    + re-added support for libraries with no GObject (lp: #1511047)

Let's keep those 2 patches.

    - from upstream git, fixes build on x32 (Closes: #699024)
