** Description changed:

  FFe justification: libvirt-php is currently uninstallable due to not
  having PHP7.0 support. It was recently added upstream, and this version
  brings in that support.

  I started looking at simply backporting the necesssary patches, but
  there are 30+ patches and functional differences exist in the codebases
  which make the backport less than likely to succeed.

  Please sync libvirt-php 0.5.2~30-g64dca64f-1 (universe) from Debian
  unstable (main)

+ [Note I'm still waiting for this version to publish so I can c&p the
+ changelog here]

  Changelog entries since current xenial version 0.4.8-1build1:

  libvirt-php (0.5.2~29-ge5e5f4c-1) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Imported Upstream version 0.5.2~29-ge5e5f4c
    * This is a pre-release version from git://libvirt.org/libvirt-php

  libvirt-php (0.5.1-31-ga005c2d-1) unstable; urgency=medium

    * Imported Upstream version 0.5.1-31-ga005c2d with PHP 7.0 support
    * Convert the package to PHP 7.0 packaging
    * Filter out debian/ directory from upstream tarball
    * Enable autoreconf and autotools-dev dh addons
    * Set some default paths in php.ini
    * Cleanup upstream installed cruft
