Bug description:
  A bug fix and translation update for ubuntu-mate-welcome is ready for
  upload. A .dsc link is include for ease of importing.

  dget -x https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mate-
  dev/+archive/ubuntu/welcome/+files/ubuntu-mate-
  welcome_16.04.8~xenial1.5.dsc

  Please remove the ~xenial1.5 suffix from the version when uploading.

  Here are the changes:

  ubuntu-mate-welcome (16.04.8~xenial1.5) xenial; urgency=medium

    [ Martin Wimpress ]
