    * Various minor fixes (LP: #1500587)
    * Makefile: bump version
    * Update copyright, move to GPL-3
    * Add upper rate limit, of 1PB per second.
    * Improve size specifier checking on double float parser
    * Fix two error messages that were printing to stdout and not stderr
    * Fix typo, "infp" -> "into"
    * Add more help if user does not specify -r option
    * Increase default IO size buffer maximum
    * Correct -d help info, should be disregard output. not input
