  A bug fix release of ubuntu-mate-settings 15.10.4 is available for
  upload. The release fixes the following issues:

    * Workaround clutter issue (LP: #1462445)
    * Update Plank configuration so it is compatible with version 0.10.0
    * Closes (LP: #1498340)
