Please sync appstream 0.8.4-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

The version currently in Ubuntu is not able to read the DEP-11 0.8 metadata, and is therefore not very useful.
Updating AppStream to a higher version would fix that. Ubuntu currently doesn't ship AppStream metadata, but for people wanting to test the data, having a working appstream package might be really useful.
