syncs. For future requests you might want to take a look at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SyncRequestProcess since it includes some more
details which can be useful to include. Though the most important part
is whether the Ubuntu delta can be dropped or not, and that seems to be
nicely covered here.

  You might want to consider pulling in u-boot 2015.10+dfsg1-2 from
  Debian sid, as it includes the ubuntu-added patch "add mkenvimage to u
  -boot-tools", as well as some other updates and new supported
  platforms.
